The Bottle Art Museum Pattaya

The Bottle Art Museum Pattaya
Bottle Art Museum Pattaya is the only museum in the world that presents architecture building shown in different shape and size of bottles. These artworks show traditions, cultures, living circumstances, exquisite landscapes, and many different places. Apart from more than 300 art works in the bottles, there are also different types of hand-made ships presented in the Meseum. At the present, the Bottle Art Museum is located in North Pattaya, opposite to Mini Siam Pattaya.

In 1995, Bottle Art Museum Pattaya is established at Central Pattaya by Mr.Peiter Bij Deleij, a Dutch artist, who was inspired by different kinds of artworks seen all over the world. Everyday he continued working for 15 hours in order to deliver high-quality artworks. However, he has handed the responsibility to take care of Bottle Art Museum to his pupil, named Khun Prapaisri Thaipanich.

When visiting the Bottle Museum, visitors will first have to watch a short presentation provided by the museum staff. The language of the presentation will depend on the language used of visitors because there are several languages available. After that a staff will take them inside in order to see the artworks. Visitors can ask information from the staff in the case they want to. An artwork in a bottle is carefully managed by manually put a material one by one on a plasticine, so every artwork is excellent. The exquisite artworks not only are the bottle ones but also are hand-made ships which are presented in many areas in the museum.

At the present, the Bottle Art Museum has been moved to the Kingston Park, which is the first multiplex learning and entertaining center in Pattaya. The location of it is at Sukhumvit Road North Pattaya, the opposite to Mini Siam. Visitors can get there by a Songthaew or a motocycle taxi.

The charge for the entrance fee is: 200 Baht for an adult, and 100 Baht for a child.
